When is the Youth Summit? The 9th Annual Greater Cincinnati GLBTQ Youth Summit will be held Saturday, September 18th, 2010.
What time does the summit start? When is the summit over? Doors open at 10 am for check-in and day of registration. The fun begins at 11 am. The summit is over at 8:00 pm.
Where is the Youth Summit located? The 2010 Youth Summit will be held at Northern Kentucky University's New Student Union. A campus map is located here. Please note that the Student Union is building #17. Please park in the Kenton Drive Parking Garage. Your parking ticket will be validated at the Youth Summit registration table.
Who operates/organizes the Youth Summit? The Greater Cincinnati GLBTQ Youth Summit is organized and operated by its own planning committee. The committee is overseen by the Board of Directors of The Greater Cincinnati GLBTQ Youth Summit organization.
Do I have to be "youth" to attend the summit? What do you mean by "youth"? Do I have to be GLBT to attend? The Youth Summit is open to everyone no matter what your age or sexual orientation. Our target audience is GLBT and straight supportive youth ages 14-25, but we offer workshops for adults too!
Do I need to register in advance for the Youth Summit? No. However, once online registration is open, we recommend registering on line via our website or by clicking here. If you choose to register the day of, we suggest that you arrive early to avoid a line at the registration table.
How much does the Youth Summit cost? Nothing. The entire day is free! Lunch and dinner are included. We have a limited number of vegeterian and vegan meals. If you need a vegeterian or vegan meal, let us know when you register so that we can reserve a meal for you.
